Our pricing is very competitive to all short term rentals and upscale hotel rentals in the Breckenridge area.
Resort amenities are include with your rental. Front desk check-in, concierge service, on-site spa available, over 7 hot-tubs on the property, a large hot-tub and pool area with gas barbeques available and dedicated for our building. There is even a kids arcade on the premises and the resort provides towels in the pool and hot-tub area for your convenience. If needed, there are coin operated washer/dryers on the 1st floor of the building.
Building 4 of the Beaver Run Resort. Ski directly off the slope into the ski lockers on the ground floor of our building. Ski out the locker area down to the Beaver Run lift to start your day! Beaver Run Resort hosts the "best mountainside deck" off the Copper top bar and cafe. If desired, downtown Breck hosts a variety of restaurants from fine dinning to killer burgers and pizza....(we are happy to recommend some of our favorites after booking.) Enjoy the 10min walk or take a ride on the free resort shuttle ride to and from any destination in downtown by simply calling for a shuttle pickup, at the front of the building, from your room.
There are several shuttle options from Denver International making a car unnecessary. While staying in our wonderful studio condo, there is no need for a car. Downtown is only a 10min walk. Or utilize the resort free shuttle to and from your destinations in Breckenridge. For longer distance travel to other towns in Summit County, the city of Breckenridge has free buses and shuttles to make getting anywhere wonderfully easy.
